Users as a starting point.
After evaluating existing products, we redesigned simple solutions for every step of the grilling process: setup and preparation; managing the coals and cooking; and cleanup and storage.
Maximize the process's potential.
After a detailed analysis of the various usage scenarios, the challenge was to design a functional and appealing product while incorporating the manufacturing capabilities offered by sheet metal bending and stamping.
Validation through prototyping.
Folding and unfolding the product, conducting baking tests, lighting the charcoal, … Various steps to be performed with each prototype iteration to determine what works and what needs improvement.
A simple and durable product.
Working closely with Quechua’s R&D team, we supported the brand throughout the product development and pre-production phases.
The result is a simple product, born of bold decisions in eco-design, stripping away the unnecessary so that every detail enhances the experience.
